慈利县新义水电站拱坝设计的特点

坝址处河谷狭窄,基岩出露,为白云质灰岩,两岩山坡为不对称的V型河谷,坝肩山体厚实。离坝址不远处有成层灰岩可做为建坝材料,溪床内天然河砂可做为胶结材料,综合地形地质条件,该处适合建砌石拱坝。在选定坝址上下游河谷均开阔,不易建坝。
