基于社会排斥理论的城市圈建设中农民工社会保障研究

伴随着我国社会结构的转型,涌现出大量进城务工农民,然而这些农民工缺乏相应的社会保障,一直挣扎在城乡夹缝中求生存求发展。本文从社会排斥的理论视角分析了农民工社会保障缺失的原因——结构性社会排斥、政治层面社会排斥、功能性社会排斥、自我矮化等。并提出地方政府在构建农民工社会保障制度中应承担相应的责任。

Is following our country social structure reforming,emerges enters a city to work the farmer massively,however these peasant laborers lack the corresponding social security,has struggled in the city and countryside crevice strives for the survival to strive for the development.This article has analyzed the peasant laborer social security flaw reason--constitutive social exclusion,the political stratification plane social exclusion,the functionality social exclusion,the self-dwarfing from social exclusion's theory angle of view and so on.And proposed the Local authority in constructs in the peasant laborer social security systems to undertake the corresponding responsibility.
