当前高校研究生团建的主要问题与对策

随着研究生教育规模的不断扩大,我国研究生的数量急剧增加,研究生团员的数量也随之增长。研究生团建工作是高校共青团工作的重要组成部分,是加强研究生思想政治教育的有效途径,所以加强改进和完善高校研究生团组织建设显得尤为重要。本文针对当前高校研究生的独有特点,分析研究生团建工作中存在的若干问题,最后提出解决问题的八项举措,进而完善和创新研究生团建工作。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of post-graduate education,China's sharp increase in the number of graduate students,graduate students also will increase in the number of members.Post-graduate group is the Communist Youth League to build an important part of the work is to strengthen ideological and political education graduate students an effective way,so to strengthen post-graduate colleges and universities to improve and perfect the construction of league organizations is particularly important.In this paper,the unique characteristics of graduate students in colleges and universities to analyze the work of graduate student groups to build a number of issues that exist in the final eight measures put forward to solve the problem,thereby improving and innovation in the work of graduate student groups to build.
