当前就业过程中各高校学生普遍存在着礼仪修养不高,礼仪素质缺失的现象,这成为大学生就业途中的拦路虎,本文通过分析这一现状,并结合就业与礼仪知识,努力阐释就业指导过程中加强礼仪教育的必要性和重要意义,并尝试着提出了培养就业礼仪的内容和途径。
