摘要
本文通过对《淮南子》的研究,说明了管理的一种"无为而无不为"的思想。贯彻这个思想,领导者首先需要隐藏自己,然后要无欲,最后还需一种处后的精神。本文研究的另一个重点就用人,充分根据特点利用下属、用健全的制度选拔人才是《淮南子》的任用之道。在对待下属方面《淮南子》强调不要过分干预下属,只要下属不出错领导就应该满意,对小事严格要求这几种基本观点和赏罚谨慎。《淮南子》最后要求领导者需要有谨慎、诚心、保护自己这三种基本素质。
In this paper,the 'Huai Nan Zi' research shows that the management of a 'Do nothing and everything' mentality.Implement this idea,leaders first need to hide their own and then have no desire and ultimately must be a post-office spirit.Another focus of this study on the employment and fully characterized by the use of subordinates in accordance with a sound system of selection of people are 'Huainanzi' The appointment of the Road.Aspects in dealing with subordinates,'Huai Nan Zi' to stress that the excessive intervention subordinates,subordinates are not wrong as long as the leadership should be satisfied with strict requirements on the little things that a few basic ideas and rewards and punishments cautious,'Huainanzi' finally asked the leader of the need for caution,sincerity,to protect yourself these three basic qualities.
