浅谈我国劳动保护与职业病防治

劳动者保护与职业病防治体系的完善程度是体现一个国家与社会发展水平的重要因素之一。随着我国改革开放的日益深化,城市规模不断扩大,城市的现代化水平也日益提高。但在我国过去几十年的城市建设当中,由于欠缺对劳动者的保护,出现了许多特殊行业的劳动者因工致病、因工致残却无法适用职业病防治法的事例。本文从当下社会实情出发,由特殊行业推及普遍,对我国劳动者保护与职业病防治存在的问题、解决的方法进行探讨。

The prefect degree of Labor protection and Occupational disease prevention is one of an important signal to evaluate the level of social development.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,cities have been expanding as well as increasing the level of modernization.But in the past few decades among the urban construction,there have been many special industry workers suffering from work-pathogenic or disability all along while the law of occupational disease prevention could not apply to.In this paper,the problems and the solutions of China's labor protection and occupational disease prevention will be discussed by starting from an immediate social reality.
