中美食品安全立法背景比较研究

21世纪人类社会面临着各种各样的新挑战,其中食品安全问题成为从发展中国家到发达国家的世界各国共同面临的社会问题。本文主要通过比较研究的方法对我国和美的食品安全立法背景进行对比分析,找出我国与食品安全法律制度发达的国家的差距和存在的问题,为我国的食品安全立法和行政事业寻找一条合理的发展道路。

Humans are facing all kinds of new challenges in the 21st century and Food Safety Issue has become a social problem shared by both developed and developing countries.In this article,the author compares the Chinese Food Safety System with the American one,finds out the gap of Food Safety Law between China and the developed countries and the existing problems,and further provides a proper solution for China's legislation in Food Safety Field and other administrative works.
