摘要
本文介绍了美国广告行业组织的机构职能特征,并分析了中国广告行业组织以行政管理为主导,缺乏独立的法律地位,职能定位不清晰的发展现状,提出了美国广告行业组织的成熟经验对我国广告行业自律建设的启示。
