摘要
非营利组织绩效评估研究在我国尚处于起步阶段,仍有许多领域需要加以拓展和完善。本文通过深入分析非营利组织绩效评估的理论依据与现实需求,试图探寻出一条非营利组织绩效评估研究的"本土化途径"。
Performance Evaluation of non-profit organization in China is still in its infancy,there are still many areas that need to be expanded and improved.This non-profit organizations through in-depth analysis of the performance evaluation of theoretical basis and practical needs,trying to explore the performance evaluation of a non-profit organization 'localization means.'
