摘要
旅游业的竞争归根到底是旅游人才的竞争,而导游被称为"旅游业的灵魂",直接关系到海南国际旅游岛的整体形象。本文旨在通过对我国导游队伍建设和管理的现状分析并发现其存在的问题,提出建设和管理的对策建议。
