村干部与群众的关系是最直接、最密切的,但由于一些干部的理性行为以及干群之间的信息不对称等多种原因而导致群众利益受到损害,从而失去了对干部的信任,这直接影响了干群关系以及农村社会的稳定发展,为此本文着重从经济,干部,群众和制度四方面来分析了如何改善和消除农村干部的信任缺失问题。
