摘要
保护和发展森林是改善生态环境,实现经济、社会和环境协调持续发展的根本性措施之一。本文从实施林业生态工程的必要、现状与新形势下林业建设三个方面来论述。
The protection and development of forests is to improve the ecological environment,the realization of economic,social and environmental sustainable development of the fundamental coordination of one of the measures.In this paper,the implementation of forestry projects in need,present and new situation,to discuss three aspects of forestry development.
