对现阶段我国城市妇女参政问题的探讨

城市妇女作为我国妇女群体中一个先进的群体,其参政问题是民主进程中一个重要问题。我国城市妇女参政在建国后,尤其是改革开放以后取得了长足的进步,但是她们的参政也因历史,性别歧视和女性形象建构偏差等而面临巨大的挑战,对此我从国家、社会和城市妇女自身角度提出了提升其妇女参政的途径。

Urban women, an advanced group of Chinese women, whose participation in politics is an important issue in the democratic process. After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, especially after the reform and opening-up, urban women's participation in politics has made some great progress, but due to history, gender discrimination and female image’s construction, it is facing formidable challenges. Thus, from the perspective of nation, society and urban women themselves, I put forward certain ways to improve their women's political participation
