学士学位论文质量的影响因素解释结构模型分析——以华南师范大学增城学院为例

影响学士学位论文质量的因素较多,且影响因素之间关系复杂,不利于高校本科生学位论文管理。本文采用解释结构模型法分析这些影响因素之间的关系,并运用可达矩阵进行区间划分,建立相关的结构模型。通过一系列的分析得出,提高学位论文质量最直接的办法是端正师生对论文的态度,提高学生的专业基础和写作水平。而提高教学管理水平、加强科研管理机制建设与水平,建设信息资源环境和提高师生信息素养是提高学位论文质量最基本的方法。本研究的意义在于为高校本科生学位论文管理决策提供参考。

The factors that influence the bachelor degree articles are in large amount, and the relationships of each other are complex, it makes the college hard to improve the manage level of it. This article uses the interpretative structural modeling to analysis these influential factors and their relationship by dividing binary matrices, work out the model. With a serial of analyses, it conclude that the way to improve the level of bachelor articles is making the teacher’s attitude right and to improve the student’s academic level and their writing level. But the basic method is to improve the level of educational management, stronger the mechanism , building the information resource and improve the information literacy. This research is mean to have reference for the college to improve the bachelor degree article.
