摘要
"后奥运时代"的今天,中国的房地产业并没有像人们想象的那样出现所谓的"拐点",在这背后自然存在着诸多的经济因素,如地方政府的大力扶持,提振需求等。从社会心理学角度分析,其中又存在着特有的购房心理特征,这些特征在一定的程度上对本来就已经高居不下的房地产市场产生了推波助澜的作用。
After the Olympics,there wasn't any 'Turning points' in real estate of china as people forcasted.A lot of economic facts lead to this phenomenon,such as relieves from government,demands of recovery.Analyzing it from Social Psychology,we can find some special features,which influences the market of real estate again.
