摘要
本文借鉴建构主义理论对中国女性就业性别歧视现象的产生和再生产过程其进行分析,从物质和精神基础两个角度解释了这一不平等制度的产生过程,并认为,女性针对就业性别歧视的消极回应对女性不平等地位再生产过程起到了推动作用,使得女性处于更加不利的地位。
This article profits from the construction principle theory to get employed the sexual discrimination phenomenon production to the Chinese females and reproduction process it carries on the analysis,explained from material and the energetic foundation two angles this not equal system's generating process,believed that the female in view of the employment sexual discrimination's negative response to the feminine equal standing reproduction process the promotion effect,has caused the female to be at a more disadvantageous position.
