摘要
辅导员在高职院校中对于学生在整个大学生活里都有着重要的影响。伴随着高等教育体制的改革,学生在校期间出现的问题越来越多,这就给当前的辅导员工作提出了更为严格的要求。本文结合高校教育的实际情况,分析了辅导员在新时期教育背景下需要注意的相关问题。
The instructor has the important influence in the quality colleges and universities regarding the student in the entire university life.Is following the higher education system's reform,the student in school period appears the question are getting more and more,this gave the current instructor to work set a stricter request.This article unifies the actual situation which the university educates,has analyzed the instructor the related question which needs to pay attention under the new time educational background.
