新时期企业政工面临的挑战

政工队伍是企业生产生活的主体,是企业改革发展的主要推动力。企业价值观、企业精神等企业文化都是通过企业政工的行动和行为直接体现出来,因此企业政工的思想政治工作至关重要。本文分析了新时期我国企业政工面临的挑战,并提出了一些可行性的方案。
