摘要
在市场经济条件下,必须重点培育农村教育市场,使高等教育通向农村,加快农村人力资源开发的步伐。这里分析了现阶段我国农村人力资源开发的影响因素,并有针对性地提出了建设性的意见,以促进农村地区的人力资源开发。
Under the market economy condition, we must cultivate rural education market and make higher education lead to the countryside, accelerating the pace of the rural human resources development. We analyze the influence factors and put forward the suggestions to promote the human resource development in rural areas.
