当前我国社会工作人才队伍建设的SWOT分析

在中央提出了构建和谐社会目标的同时,各种社会问题和社会矛盾凸显,迫切需要建设一支高素质的社会工作人才队伍。本文阐述了当前加强社会工作队伍建设的战略意义,并利用SWOT分析工具,在此基础上,提出了加强社会工作人才队伍建设的政策建议。
