摘要 随着最严格水资源管理制度推进,农业用水统计越来越受到重视。作为统计工作基础,灌区量水得到飞速发展,现阶段,各地已建成数千座的量水设施。然而,作为检验设施质量的关键环节—率定工作目前还比较薄弱,存在过程不合理、精度不高、应用效果差等问题。【目的】寻找适宜的灌区量水设施率定方法。【方法】依据灌区工程、渠道过流等特征,在量水实践基础上,总结了率定方法,提出率定的主要技术参数和关键过程。【结果】将率定方法总结为流速仪率定、管道计率定和水量平衡法推算,详细阐述了率定位置、断面测量、技术参数及率定影响因素等重要参数。【结论】灌区量水为野外条件,量水工作现场复杂,需进一步开展量水,总结形成统一的技术标准。 With the most stringent water resources,agricultural water statistics have gained more attention.As the basis of statistical works,the water-measuring in the irrigation area has developed rapidly.At this stage,hundreds of water-measurement facilities have been built in various regions.However,as the core of testing the quality of these facilities,the calibration is weak.Some problems exist,such as process unreasonable,low precision and poor application results.【Objective】Explore the appropriate Calibration Methods of Water-measuring Facilities in Irrigation Areas.【Methods】Through a large amount of water quantity practice,the calibration method was summed up,and the main technical parameters and key process of the calibration were put forward.【Result】The calibration method was summed up as the flow meter,pipeline flowmeter and water balance method.The important parameters such as the location of the calibration,the measurement of the section,the technical parameters and the calibration factors were expounded in detail.【Conclusion】The water-measuring in the irrigation area is field conditions,water measurement is complex.It is necessary to further carry out quantity water and summarize to form the technical standards.
