摘要
水力特性分析是长距离输水管道系统设计工作的前提。【目的】分析长距离输水管道系统水力特性。【方法】以水锤基本方程、特性线法为依据,建立数学模型,采用AFT-Impulse软件建模对试验模型进行了稳态和瞬态计算。【结果】在稳定运行工况下,系统管线布置合理。在瞬间工况下整个输水系统均未出现负压情况,其中最小余压为管径2倍。【结论】稳态工况下,各管线末端流量控制阀前压力较大,阀门将长期处于小开度状态运行。瞬态工况下,支管流量控制阀流量出现有很小量的振荡,从而导致主管低压区压力出现很小量的振荡。
The analysis of hydraulic characteristics is the premise for the design of long-distance water pipeline system.【Objective】Study the hydraulic characteristics of long-distance aqueducts.【Methods】A mathematical model was established based on the basic equations of water hammer and the characteristic line method,and the AFT-Impulse software was used to simulate the steady state and transients of the experimental model.【Result】The system pipeline layout was reasonable under stable operating conditions.Under the transient conditions,there was no negative pressure in the entire water conveyance system.The minimum residual pressure was 2 times of the pipe diameter.【Conclusion】Conclusion Under steady-state conditions,the pressure in front of the flow control valve at the end of each pipeline is relatively large,and the valve will operate in a small open state for a long time.Under transient conditions,there is a small amount of oscillation in the flow of the branch flow control valve,resulting in a very small amount of oscillation in the pressure in the main low pressure zone.
