贵州省农业水价改革研究初探——以赤水市灌区农业水价改革研究为例

Preliminary Study on Agricultural Water Price Reform in Guizhou Province:Take the Agricultural Water Price Reform in Chishui Irrigation Area as an Example

实施农业水价综合改革,将农业的供水价格及形成机制建立,使水利工程的良性运行得到一定保障,将水价改革及调节的作用发挥充分,提高农业节水和用水效率,在调节水资源供需矛盾方面具有一定的实意义和理论价值。本文对赤水市灌区农业水价改革进行了分析,提出相应对策,为农业水价综合改革工作提供参考。

It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to carry out the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price,establish and improve the formation mechanism of agricultural water supply price,ensure the benign operation of water conservancy projects,give full play to the role of water price regulation,promote agricultural water saving,improve agricultural water use efficiency,and gradually alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.This paper analyzes the agricultural water price reform in the irrigation area of chishui city,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price.
