中国高铁走进中东欧的机遇、挑战与对策

Opportunities, challenges and policy suggestions to China's high-speed railway entering Central and Eastern Europe

随着亚欧大陆互联互通重要性的不断提升,我国高铁走进中东欧地区迎来重要机遇期,但也面临一系列不稳定因素和制度性障碍。如不妥善化解,我国高铁可能丧失进入中东欧国家的重要契机。在此背景下,本文旨在对中国高铁进入中东欧地区面临的机遇、挑战以及对策进行研究,提出政策建议。

As it promotes its high-speed railway in Central and Eastern Europe, China faces a period of strategic importance and a series of uncertainties and institutional restrictions, against the backdrop of increasing importance of interconnectivity on the Eurasian continent. If these uncertainties and restrictions are not solved properly, China may lose its opportunities. In this sense, it is necessary to study the opportunities and challenges to come up with policy suggestions.
