China's public diplomacy is flourishing

10月28日至29日,"2016公共外交温州论坛暨察哈尔公共外交年会"在浙江省温州市举行。来自政界、学界、商界的300多位嘉宾出席,专家学者就当前国际形势下如何运用中国文明智慧创新全球治理典范进行了讨论。本刊总编辑赵启正发表题为"蓬勃发展的中国公共外交"的主题演讲。本文是根据演讲内容整理而成。

2016 Public Diplomacy Wenzhou Forum and Charhar Institute Annual Conference on Public Diplomacy were held on October 28-29 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. More than 300 people in the fields of political studies and administration, the academia and businesses took part the events, where experts and scholars discussed how to contribute Chinese civilization and wisdom to innovating global governance under current international circumstances. Chief Editor of Public Diplomacy Quarterly Zhao Qizheng delivered a keynote speech entitled 'China's Public Diplomacy Is Flourishing.' This article is edited from his speech.
