中国—中东欧国家人文交流现状评估与对策建议

China and Central and Eastern European countries' people-to-people and cultural exchanges: an analysis of the status quo and some policy recommendations

人文交流有助于各国民众加深了解、沟通顺畅,这为不同文化背景的国家之间增进政治互信,加强经贸合作打下了坚实基础。此外,高质量的人文交流是改善国家形象、提升国家软实力和国际影响力的有效手段。本文通过对中国—中东欧国家人文交流现状进行梳理,针对目前"16+1"合作机制在人文交流方面存在的挑战和瓶颈加以分析,并提出具有可操作性的建议。

People-to-people and cultural exchanges help deepen understanding andcommunicate among people of different countries, which can lay a solid foundation for countries with different cultural backgrounds to strengthen political trust and increase economic and trade cooperation. High-quality people-to-people and cultural exchanges are also an effective method for improving national image and increasing soft power and international influence. This article analyze peopleto-people and cultural exchanges between China and countries in Central and Eastern Europe, especially the challenges and constraints of the current 16+1 cooperation mechanism, and proposes some practical recommendations to address these problems.
