对外教育援助是重要的人文交流方式,不仅有助于改善受援国的教育条件,也是援助国提高国际影响力和培育国家软实力的重要途径,是促进民心相通的重要方式。在一带一路和人类命运共同体的框架下,民心相通被我国提上了战略的高度,而对外教育援助是打通心与心的隔阂,消弭人与人的距离的重要方式。新形势下,如何提高我国对外教育援助的实效性,使国际教育援助提升中国软实力的效应得到最大程度的发挥,从而进一步增强我国的国际影响力。

Outward education aid is an important way for enhancing people-to-people exchange. It not only helps to ameliorate the education condition of the aid recipient country, but also serves as an important channel to expand international influence and soft power of the aid giving country. Moreover, it is an important form for connecting people. Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and building a community of shared future, China has raised connecting people to a strategic level. Outward education aid plays an important role in bringing down the barrier between hearts and mind and in reducing distance between different peoples. In the current new era, how to improve the practicality and effectiveness of China's outward education aid and maximize the effects of international education aid in promoting China's soft power has already become a crucial issue.
