习近平同志提出的"一带一路"倡议构想是促进世界和平发展、共同繁荣的中国主张。志愿服务是"一带一路"倡议的重要组成部分,是推进"一带一路"建设的重要力量。通过研究和实践,揭示国际志愿服务对"一带一路"建设的重大作用,分析目前我国国际志愿服务存在的问题,有针对性地对"一带一路"国际志愿服务框架的顶层设计提出解决方案,能够推进国际志愿服务发展,促进"一带一路"目标最终实现。

The Belt and Road Initiative proposed by Xi Jinping is a Chinese initiative that promotes world peace and a shared prosperity. Volunteer service is a crucial component of the Belt and Road Initiative and an important force of pushing forward the Belt and Road Initiative. Through research and demonstration, the article reveals the important function of international volunteer service for the Belt and Road Initiative, analyzes existing problems of our international volunteer service and proposes a solution targeting top-level design of the international volunteer service framework, which can promote development of international volunteer service and eventual accomplishment of the goals of the Belt and Road Initiative.
