Lay a Solid Foundation of People-to-people Affinity for China-Africa Community of Shared Future

中非历来是命运共同体,有着坚实的合作基础与深厚的人民友谊。中国与非洲加强团结合作,有助于双方共享机遇,共迎挑战。为满足新时代中非合作需求,本文作者提出,应关注和引导国内、非洲各国以及国际上的对中非合作的声音与态度,在开展对非公共外交的工作中,阐释中国特色、加强顶层设计、"一国一策"落实合作,在战略层面不断夯实中非命运共同体的民心基础。

China and Africa have always been a community of shared future,with solid basis for cooperation and profound friendship between the peoples.Strengthening solidarity and cooperation helps China and Africa take advantage of the opportunities and meet the challenges together.To meet the needs of ChinaAfrica cooperation in the new era,the author suggests paying attention to and consciously channelling China’s domestic,African and international voices and attitudes towards China-Africa cooperation.In conducting public diplomacy,it is important to illuminate Chinese characteristics,enhance top-level design,and apply specific cooperation method to different countries so as to strategically lay a solid foundation of people-to-people affinity in building a China-Africa community of shared future.
