Actively Carry out Public Diplomacy to Improve China-Africa Ties

中非战略伙伴关系是新时期中国对外开放战略的重要组成部分。中非关系经过几十年的长足发展,取得了举世瞩目的成就。本文梳理了中非友好交往中在政治互信、经济合作、文化交流及国际地区事务合作中取得的丰硕成果。当前中非关系发展进入新阶段,作者对我国对非公共外交所面临的问题作出分析,并提出了针对性建议。

China-Africa Strategic Partnership composes an irreplaceable part of China’s Reform and Opening-up in the new era. Through decades of development, ChinaAfrican relations have seen great achievement, attracting worldwide attention. This article lists the rich fruits yielded in China-Africa friendly communication in the fields of political mutual trust, economic cooperation, cultural exchange and collaboration regarding regional and international affairs. As China-Africa ties are moving into a new stage, the author analyzes the current problems facing China in its public diplomacy with African countries and offers some specific advice.
