中韩关系中的博物馆外交

The Museum Diplomacy as Part of China-ROK Relations

当今世界虽然日渐呈现出易变性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性的特点,但和平与发展仍旧是各国不变的共识,国际关系博弈也仍倾向于'软实力'的较量。'文化外交'作为'软实力'的具体方式之一被各国政府不断演绎出新的形式。'博物馆外交'便是其中的一个新兴典型。考察中韩关系,博物馆几乎贯穿始终。尤其是在朴槿惠总统任期内,两国就'博物馆外交'做出了一系列卓有成效的实践。而在研究层面,'博物馆外交'尤其是中韩'博物馆外交'则乏人问津。本文即旨在通过约瑟夫·奈的'软实力'理论视角与中韩博物馆外交的双案例研究来探索'博物馆外交'在中韩关系中的角色和作用。

Though today’s world is increasingly characterized with volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity,'peace and development'remains the consensus among countries,and the interaction of international relations tends to be focused on'soft power'.As an important component of'soft power',cultural diplomacy has been conducted by governments in different countries in a variety of new forms.'Museum diplomacy'is one of the typical emerging forms of cultural diplomacy.When studying the China-ROK relations,people can find that museums have played an important role almost throughout the development of the bilateral relations.Especially during the Park Geun-hye’s presidency,China and the ROK made visible achievements in the practice of'museum diplomacy'.However,in the academic sphere,the study on'museum diplomacy'has been scarce,especially the study on the'museum diplomacy'between China and the ROK.This paper explores the role and function that'museum diplomacy'plays in the China-ROK relations in light of Joseph Nye’s soft power theory and through studying the two cases of the China-ROK museum diplomacy.
