小剂量顺铂增强放疗诱导HeLa细胞凋亡的实验研究

Experimental study of the low dose cisplatin enhancing the apoptosis of HeLa cell induced by radiotherapy.

目的 :实验研究小剂量顺铂增强放疗诱导HeLa细胞凋亡的作用。方法 :将细胞分为单纯放疗组、单纯化疗组、放疗加化疗组和空白对照组 4组 ,采用TUNEL法分别检测各组细胞的凋亡率。结果 :单纯放疗、化疗都可诱导HeLa细胞凋亡 ,顺铂 (化疗 )可以明显增强放疗诱导的细胞凋亡。结论 :小剂量顺铂可明显增加放疗诱导的HeLa细胞凋亡 。

Objective:To study experimentally the enhancement of low dose cisplatin of the apoptosis of HeLa cell induced by radiotherapy(RT).Methods:The HeLa cells were divided into four groups treated with RT alone,chemotherapy (ChT) alone,RT combined with ChT group and control group.the rates of HeLa cell apoptosis were detected by a modified in situ TUNEL technique.Results: RT and ChT could induce HeLa cell apoptosis,cisplatin (ChT) could obviously enhance HeLa cell apoptosis induced by RT. Conclusions:Low dose cisplatin can obviously enhance HeLa cell apoptosis induced by RT.The study provides the academic proof for clinical use of low dose cisplatin enhancing cell apoptosis induced by RT.
