佛山市产科预防接种信息化建设应用研究

Research on construction and application of vaccination information in department of obstetrics in Foshan

目的评价佛山市产科新生儿预防接种信息化模块的应用效果,为实现以新生儿为起点的全程儿童预防接种信息化管理提供参考。方法利用数据交换、端口技术等方法,以新生儿编码为信息交换媒介,对接佛山市免疫规划信息管理系统和妇幼保健信息系统(C/S架构),开发并应用产科新生儿预防接种模块。结果模块应用1年,全市49个产科预防接种单位产妇分娩信息共享率、产科新生儿建档率、接种信息填写完整率、新生儿母亲HBsAg和HIV检测结果获取率均达100%,新生儿基本信息填写完整率为95.83%,新生儿乙肝首剂接种率为92.40%,卡介苗接种率为90.78%,未接种原因以接种禁忌证和出生低体重为主。抽查新生儿预防接种个人电子档案,统计基本信息和疫苗接种信息登记完整率,样本量各400人,产科预防接种信息化模块应用后,新生儿基本信息和疫苗接种信息登记完整率明显提高,与应用前比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2分别为134.31和233.93,P<0.01)。结论应用佛山市产科新生儿预防接种信息化模块可完善全市儿童预防接种全程信息化管理,提高预防接种建档工作效率,规范全市适龄儿童预防接种工作。

Objective To evaluate the application effects of vaccination information module for neonatal in department of obstetrics in Foshan,provide reference ideas to realize the whole process of information management of children vaccination with newborn as the starting point.Methods By means of data exchange,port technology and other methods,and taking newborn coding as the information exchange medium,the information management system of Foshan immune planning and maternal and child health information system(C/S architecture)was connected,and the obstetric neonatal vaccination module was developed and applied.Results The module had been developed and applied for 1 year.The rate of parturient delivery information sharing,the rate of newborn obstetric filing,the rate of complete vaccination information filling,and the rate of obtaining HBsAg and HIV test results of newborn mothers in 49 obstetric vaccination units were 100%.The completeness rate of newborn information was 95.83%.The first inoculation rate of hepatitis B was 92.40%.The BCG vaccination rate was 90.78%.The reasons for unvaccinated were mainly taboo of vaccination and low birth weight.Individual electronic file of neonatal prevention inoculation were checked,and that statistic of basic information and vaccine inoculation information were completed,and the sample quantity was 400 persons.After the application of the information module of obstetric vaccination,the registration completeness of the basic information and vaccination information of newborns were significantly improved(χ~2=134.31,233.93,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of vaccination information in department of obstetrics in Foshan can perfect the whole process of information management for children’s vaccination in the city,improve the efficiency of archiving newborn vaccination,and standardize the vaccination work for school-age children in the city.
