摘要
目的通过调查南阳市疾控系统工作人员的工作状态,探索职业满意度的影响因素,为提高疾控系统管理水平提供参考依据。方法分层抽样调查南阳市疾控中心、方城县疾控中心、宛城区疾控中心以及方城县、宛城区下辖的20个乡镇卫生院,收回有效问卷532份。对数据进行频数分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析。结果南阳市疾控系统工作人员的总体职业满意度均值为(62.40±22.32)分,市级疾控机构人员职业满意度最低,为(52.92±20.30)分;县区级疾控机构人员的职业满意度最高,为(67.79±21.93)分。不同年龄组(F=2.926)和人员分类(F=8.436),职业满意度均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业满意度的影响因素有职业环境、薪酬分配制度、工作范围、社会尊重和业绩与奖励二者关系。结论南阳市疾控系统工作人员职业满意度偏低,受工作、政策、环境等多维因素影响,应根据影响因素针对性地优化管理政策。
Objective To investigate the current status of staff in Nanyang disease control system,explore the influencing factors of occupational satisfaction,provide reference basis for improving managerial level of disease control system.Methods A stratified sampling survey was conducted in Nanyang municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC),Fangcheng county CDC and Wancheng district CDC,and 20 township hospitals of Fangcheng county and Wancheng district.Five hundred and thirty-two valid questionnaires were retrieved.Frequency analysis,independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data.Results The average score of occupational satisfaction of disease control system staff was(62.40±22.32).The satisfaction of municipal CDC was the lowest(52.92±20.30),and the satisfaction of county CDC was the highest(67.79±21.93).Different age groups(F=2.926)and classification of staff(F=8.436),career satisfaction had statistically significant(P<0.05).The main influencing factors were occupational environment,salary distribution system,work scope,social respect,relationship between performance and reward.Conclusion Occupational satisfaction of Nanyang disease control system staff is low,and affected by multi-dimensional factors such as work,policy,and environment.The management policy should be optimized according to the influencing factors.
