摘要
在'一带一路'倡议以及健康全球化发展背景下,各国的民间交流也日益密切,人口流动增加,文化因素在国际医疗方面的影响日益凸显。这种形势对中国高等医学教育提出了更高的要求,教师跨文化素养的提升成为时代需求。跨文化素养作为一种多元文化下必须具备的素养,可以有效衡量个人多元化素质技能高低。此文探讨跨文化素养的内涵和中国高等医学院校英语教师跨文化素养提升的必要性,以及教师跨文化素养的构成要素。主要从三个基本维度展开探讨,即跨文化适应性、跨文化情感管理能力和行为技能。以此为基础,从四大方面提出教师跨文化素养培育路径,即提高教师跨文化知识与适应力、提高教师跨文化情感能力、倡导行动学习方法和构建多元文化环境。在培育路径中,实现把动态因素与静态因素相结合,即把环境因素与跨文化情感管理能力及行为技巧能力培养进行有机结合,有效提高教师的跨文化素养。高等医学院校英语教师跨文化素养的提升需要整个社会和教育体系进行全面的协作,才能有力促进中国高等医学教育教学水平的提高。
Under the background of'The Belt and Road Strategy'and the globalization of health,culture factors assert influence on international healthcare with the ever-increasing communication among countries and people.Higher medical colleges in China are required to meet the needs of the changes and the teachers’cross-cultural competence becomes the demands of the era.The article explores the notion of the cross-cultural competence and the necessity of cultivation in the groups of the teachers of higher medical education in China.The components of competence are also discussed.It mainly discusses from three basic dimensions,namely,cross-cultural adaptability,cross-cultural emotion management ability and behavioral skills.On this basis,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of teachers’intercultural literacy from four aspects,to improve teachers’intercultural knowledge and adaptability,to improve teachers’intercultural emotional ability,to advocate action learning methods and to construct a multicultural environment.In the cultivation path,the combination of dynamic factors and static factors is realized.The organic combination of environmental factors and the cultivation of cross-cultural emotion management ability and behavioral skill ability can effectively improve teachers’cross-cultural literacy.The improvement of higher medical teachers’intercultural literacy needs the comprehensive cooperation between the whole society and the education system,so as to effectively promote the improvement of the teaching level of higher medical education in China.
