大鼠胚胎卵巢冻存前后异体异位移植的实验研究

The study of heterotopic allotransplantation of cryopreserved fetal ovary in rats.

目的 :研究胚胎卵巢冷 解冻移植后的生存、生长及功能恢复情况。方法 :将冻存大鼠胚胎卵巢植入去势成年雌鼠皮下 ,观察阴道脱落细胞变化。以新鲜胚胎卵巢移植作为对照。术后 3个月 ,取移植卵巢及自身子宫进行组织学研究 ,并测定血清雌二醇(E2 )水平。结果 :移植卵巢内可见不同阶段的发育卵泡 ,并可见间质腺和黄体。阴道上皮细胞及子宫内膜有雌激素效应。血清学研究显示 ,移植卵巢具有与正常卵巢接近的内分泌功能。结论 :冻融胚胎卵巢移植后能在异体异位存活。

Objective:To study the survival,growth and function restoration of allotransplanted cryopreserved fetal ovary.Methods:Cryopreserved rat fetal ovaries were grafted to castrated adult female rats.The vaginal epithelium was observed after transplantation 3 months.The grafts and uterus were removed and underwent histological examination and serum estradiol (E 2) level were determined.Results: There were follicles in different developing stages,corpus luteum and interstitial glands in the graft.The effects of estrogen on the vaginal epithelium and endometrium were observed.Serum E 2 showed that transplanted fetal ovary restored secreting function. Conclusions:Cryopreserved fetal ovary can be survival after heterotransplantation develop and restore the function of secreting steroid hormore.
