摘要
本文使用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪(SEM-EDX)、共聚焦显微拉曼光谱(Confocal μ-Raman)、X射线衍射(XRD)和裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)等多种方法对故宫灵沼轩红丹防锈漆成分进行了科学分析,讨论研究红丹防锈漆的防腐蚀机理、原料来源以及原始颜色,并在此基础上对保留防锈漆的金属构件的保护提供建议。
This paper makes an analysis of Red-Lead Paints used for corrosion protection of Lingzhao Xuan in the Palace Museum by optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS), confocal p-Raman spectroscopy(confocal p-Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS). Based on the analysis results, corrosion protection mechanism, raw material origin and original colours of Red-Lead Paints are researched and put forward. Lastly some conservation suggestions for Red-Lead Paints are proposed.
