Realism,Realist Theory,and Practical Policy——A Discussion of Several Concepts in the Study of International Relations

这是一篇针对我刊2013年第四期的特稿"有关现实主义理论发展新趋势的争鸣笔会"的商榷文章,对国际关系现实主义及其理论是否能解释当代国际关系"新"发展给出了不同的解读。笔者从哲学、社会科学和现实政策等三个层次或领域,系统讨论现实主义、现实主义理论与政策过程之间的区别和联系,并希望借此为进一步的理论争鸣和学术探讨建立一个平台。

This is an essay responding to the feature article entitled'Engaging Different Minds on the New Trends of the Development of Realism Theory'in the fourth issue of 2013,offering a different interpretation on whether realism and its theory can explain the'new'development of contemporary international relations. The author systematically discuss the differences and connections between realism,realist theory and policy process at the three levels or in the three areas of philosophy,social sciences and practical policy,hoping to establish a platform for further theoretical debate and academic discussion.
