当代以色列人的中国观——基于以色列报纸及智库报告的考察

Contemporary Views of Israelites toward China——Based on a Survey of the Newspapers and Reports of the Think Tanks of Israel

随着中国综合国力和国际影响力的不断提高,当前以色列国内"向东看"的趋势日益明显,以方开始前所未有地关注中国的大国地位,主要表现在:以色列高层赞赏中华文明,全国兴起"汉语热",尤为看重中以经济的互补性,高度评价中国新一届领导集体在中东问题上的积极立场,开始探讨与中国交往的恰当方式。目前的中以关系出现了前所未有的好局面,然而,在一些问题上,以色列对中国进入中东仍心存疑虑,障碍因素尤其是一些误会和偏见还普遍存在。在这样的背景下,了解和剖析以色列人的中国观,对于我国增进与以色列的双边关系、积极参与中东事务有着十分重要的作用。

With an increase of China's comprehensive national strength and international influence,currently the trend of 'Look East'within Israel is increasingly evident. Israel begins to pay an unprecedented attention to China's status as a great power,mainly manifested in: the high level of Israel appreciates Chinese civilization;a 'fever for learning Chinese'is on the rise throughout the country; and Israel particularly values the economic complementarity,speaking highly of a positive position of China's new leadership on the middle East and beginning to explore appropriate ways of engaging China. Currently,China- Israel relations show a situation that is unprecedentedly good,however,Israel still has concerns about China's entry into the Middle East on some issues,and obstructing factors remain widespread,particularly misunderstanding and prejudice. In this context,an understanding and analysis of the views of Israelites toward China plays a very important role for China to enhance the bilateral relations with Israel and actively participate in the affairs of the Middle East.
