Dovetailing and Interlinking: To Enhance the Prospect for the Interest Chain of the Economic Belt of the Silk Road

目前,丝绸之路经济带建设正处于项目和规则方式论证期。丝路经济带外部环境变化和沿线国家在欧亚认同性、模式感召力和大国推动力方面存在愿景和现实的落差,是利益链构建的主要影响因子。关注利益的客观共性与主观建构、现实联系和潜在纽带、外部挑战性和合作内聚性,以议程、区域和产业对接联动的方式构建个体利益、区域利益和多边利益组成的"丝路利益链",是推动丝绸之路经济带进入实践期的可行方案。

At present,the construction of the economic belt of the Silk Road is in the assessment process of the projects,the rules,and the ways. The main affecting factors of building the interest chain are the changes in the external environment of the economic belt of the Silk Road and the presence of the gap between vision and reality of the countries along the Silk Road in terms of the Eurasian identity,the charisma of the pattern,and the driving force of the great power. The possible option of driving the economic belt of the Silk Road into the period of practice is to pay attention to the objective commonness of interests,the subjective construction,the realistic linkages and potential ties,the external challenges,and the cooperative cohesion with the 'interest chain of the Silk Road'composed of individual,regional and multilateral interests to be built by the agenda,regional and industrial dovetailing and interlinking approach.
