关于发展装配式建筑推进新型城镇化建设的思考

Analysis on Promoting New-type Urbanization through the Development of Prefabricated Construction

本文在分析新型城镇化和装配式建筑的定义与特征的基础上,将新型城镇化的内涵分解为三个重点:以人为本的城镇化、质量提高的城镇化和可持续发展的城镇化。论文结合传统城镇化发展方式带来的问题和装配式建筑的特点,梳理了以发展装配式建筑推进新型城镇化建设的五大路径:提高住房供应的数量和质量,加快城镇基础设施建设,推动产业转型升级,引导农民工转型为产业工人,促进城镇绿色、循环、低碳发展。通过分析装配式建筑发展现状及在理念、技术、管理、成本等方面存在的瓶颈问题,提出下一步发展装配式建筑、促进新型城镇化发展重点要解决的几个重点任务。在新形势下,随着各级政府对装配式建筑认识的深入和重视程度的提高,装配式建筑必将在实现"以人为核心的新型城镇化"过程中发挥积极作用。

Based on a thorough analysis of the definition and characteristics of new-type urbanization and prefabricated construction,this article decomposes the connotation of new-type urbanization into three key components,that is,people-oriented urbanization,quality-improved urbanization and sustainable urbanization.According to the problems brought by traditional development methods and the features of prefabricated construction,this article summarizes the five basic routes of promoting new-type urbanization through developing prefabricated construction,that is,improving the quality and quantity of housing supply,accelerating the construction of urban infrastructure,promoting the transformation and upgrade of industry structure,transforming immigrant workers into industry workers,and promoting green-cycle low-carbon development of urban area.By analyzing the current status and existing bottleneck problems of the development of prefabricated construction in the aspect of principle,technology,management and cost,this article puts forward several critical tasks to be accomplished in order to promote prefabricated construction and boost the development of new-type urbanization in the next stage.Under the new situation,with deeper understanding and higher expectation from governments of all levels,it is of no doubt that prefabrication construction will play an active role in the realization of new-type urbanization.
