集团和社会福利主导型集体行动实验研究回顾与展望

The Experimental Study of Group and Social Welfare Oriented Collective Action——A Survey

本文从行为博弈的视角构建了描述集体行动的统一框架,根据集体行动目标,将集体行动分为集团福利主导型、社会福利主导型和他人福利主导型。重点回顾了非线性、个体意愿和禀赋异质、序贯决策和公共资源消耗等类型的一阶、二阶集体行动以及基于社会偏好的社会规范研究。作者认为,分类型集体行动研究需要与社会规范的构建变迁、信念演化、网络和全球化社会等问题相结合,一阶集体行动组织动员模式的行为分析以及二阶集体行动研究是未来的方向。

We built a general framework to describe collective action following behavioral games approach.Based on the targets,the collective action can be classified into three types:group welfare direction,social welfare direction,and others' welfare direction.We surveyed theoretical and experimental studies of group welfare direction,social welfare direction,and collective actions,specifically focused on non-linearity collective action,value and endowment heterogeneous subjects,sequential decision making,common pool resource problems,and the secondary collective actions such as social norms.The authors argue that type-special collective researches should consider the constructs and break-down of social norms,the evolution of beliefs and the networked or globalized society.The players' behavior in the motivation of first collective actions and secondary collective action as the governance mechanisms are seen as hot points of future studies.
