我国大学绩效的逻辑嬗变研究:“专业绩效”走向“能力绩效” 被引量:4

摘要 人才培养是大学的核心竞争力,是大学与大学之间"较量"的着力点,曾经的大学教育培养出了"专业人才"和"社会精英",但这些人才都是以专业化的教育为基础。在当今社会,随着第三次信息革命浪潮的到来,大学培养的专业人才在通识知识、应用型能力、人文素养等方面明显不足。近年来,国家对我国大学提出了实施"复合型、应用型、技能型"的"三型"人才战略,但传统的绩效观仍在我国高校发挥作用,产生的众多问题与"三型人才"培养战略不匹配。我们认为,大学的绩效首在培养人才,传统的以学科建设为主导的"专业绩效"观应转向以培养学生的"能力绩效"观,而对学生本身能力的精准定位则是大学绩效管理的关键环节。本文提出了构建基于学生能力培养的我国大学人才培养模式,以在倡导现代大学绩效观的视域下,提供理论性和工具性的指导。 Talent cultivation is the core competitiveness of the university is the University and between the 'strength' focal point,once the university education to cultivate the 'professional' and'social elite',but these people are in the professional education as the foundation. In today's society, with the arrival of the third wave of information revolution, professional talents in universities are obviously insufficient in general knowledge, practical ability and humanistic quality. In recent years, the government put forward the 'composite type, application type, skill type' of our university 'three' talent strategy, but the traditional concept of performance in China's colleges and universities still play a role in strategy training does not match the many problems with the 'three talents'. We believe that the performance of the first university in cultivating talents, the traditional disciplines in the construction of the 'professional performance' concept should be shifted to cultivate students' ability of performance concept, and accurate positioning of the students ability is the key factor of the university performance management. This paper puts forward the construction of talent training mode of University in China based on the cultivation of students' ability so as to provide theoretical and instrumental guidance in the view of advocating modern university performance.
