摘要
志愿服务是人类追求总体性的实践活动之一,其自愿性、无偿性和流动性等特征都蕴含着人的总体性要素。志愿服务的管理导向型组织策略包括了以控制为核心的人员策略、以工具理性为核心的执行策略、以效率为核心的评价策略等,这些策略严重束缚了志愿服务的功能发挥和良性发展。因此,必须建构对志愿服务的合作导向型组织策略,通过树立信任合作理念,建构道德引导机制,完善全面支持系统等措施,以促进志愿服务在人的总体性追求中实践作用的发挥。
Voluntary service is one of the practical activities for the mankind's pursuit of the totality.Its voluntary,unpaid and liquidity characteristics imply the elements of individual totality.The management-oriented organizational strategy of voluntary service includes the personnel strategy with control as the core,the execution strategy with the instrumental reason as the core and the evaluation strategy with the efficiency as the core,which severely restrict the development of the voluntary service.Therefore,the modern organizations have to construct cooperation-oriented organizational strategy of voluntary service,which by establishing the concept of trust and cooperation,constructing the moral guidance mechanism and perfecting the comprehensive support system,in order to promote the practical function of voluntary service in the pursuit of individual totality.
