高校应届毕业生失业率差距及其成因探究——以部分省市问卷调查为例

Study New Graduates Unemployment Rate and Influential Factors:Evidence from Questionnaire of Some Provinces

随着高校毕业生失业现象日益严重,比较不同高校应届毕业生失业率,探索引起高校毕业生失业率差距的成因显得尤为重要。通过重新定义毕业生失业率的测量公式,基于对典型省市高校应届毕业生问卷调查数据的分析,深入研究并检验各类因素对不同高校应届毕业生失业率差距的影响,研究结果表明,各高校办学层次、学科设置和学生性别构成不同是影响失业率差距的重要因素。因此,为降低毕业生失业率,应提高各类高校办学层次和办学质量,及时应对市场需求变化调整专业设置和招生规模。

With the increasing unemployment of graduates, it is of great importance to compare the unemployment rate of graduates and explore the factors that influence the unemployment rate gap of college graduates. By redefining the graduate unemployment rate measurement formula, based on colleges new graduates questionnaire from the typical provinces, step to study and test of various kinds of factors that influence degree of the new graduates unemployment gap and the research results show that each college education level,professional setting and gender composition are the important factors that affect graduates unemployment rate gap.Therefore, in order to reduce the graduate unemployment,should improve the level of running schools and the quality of running schools, and adjust the professional setting and enrollment scale in a timely manner.
