本文通过笔者参加教学竞赛的过程和体会,探讨教学竞赛在提升高学历青年教师教学能力的重要性。高学历青年教师在参加教学竞赛的准备和比赛过程中,达到锻炼自己和展示自我的目的,从而有利于提高自身的教学素质和教学水平,也对推动学校教学的发展具有促进作用。

The paper discusses the important role of teaching contest on improving teaching ability of young teachers with high degree by experience of author.These young teachers can fining and show themselves by preparing and participating in the teaching contest which will effectively enhance their teach-ing quality and ability,and also promoting teaching development of the university.
