四跨膜蛋白CD151在卵巢癌中的研究进展

摘要 在对肿瘤的侵袭、转移等调控过程中,四跨膜蛋白扮演着非常重要的角色。CD151作为四跨膜蛋白中的重要成员之一,也有着不可忽视的地位。卵巢癌是严重威胁女性健康的常见妇科恶性癌症,由于早期发现和诊断在临床上是有一定的困难,致使许多患者不能得到及时的诊断和治疗。CD151是近年来肿瘤研究方向的热点,本文就CD151在卵巢癌中的发生和发展的相关性进行以下综述。 Many research results indicate that tetraspanins can regulate various steps( both for and against) in the tumorigenic process. Various tetraspanins are also linked to tumorigenesis as they having both protumorigenic and antitumorigenic activities. Overexpression of CD151 suppresses proliferation, tumorigenicity, and metastatic progression of various types of tumor cells. Therefore, the investigation of CD151 as a new molecular marker is necessary because it might be related to prognosis and can be used as a therapeutic target. In this review, we discussed that CD151 is involved in a variety of biological processes, including regulating endothelial cell motility, morphogenesis, invasion, and tumor angiogenesis in ovarian carcinoma.
