摘要
酪氨酸羟化酶是多巴胺和其他儿茶酚胺类神经递质生物合成的起始酶和限速酶,在哺乳类中枢神经系统和周围神经系统中具有重要的生理学功能。此外,酪氨酸羟化酶的异常表达常与神经性疾病发生密切相关。本文从酪氨酸羟化酶的结构、功能和表达调控以及其与神经性疾病发生等方面进行综述,期望对经济昆虫饲养和害虫防治以及人类神经性疾病方面的研究提供一定的理论基础。
Tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step in the biosynthesis of dopamine and other catecholamines.Tyrosine hydroxylase plays important physiological roles in both the central and peripheral nervous systems of mammals.Furthermore,its abnormal expression is related to the occurrence of many neurological diseases.Here we review the progress in the research on the structure,function,expression regulation of TH and their relationship with neurological diseases.We expect to provide certain theoretical basis for economic insect breeding,pest control,and research of human neurological diseases.
