摘要 Cisplatin is widely used in the treatment of many tumors,particularly in ovarian cancer.GST π,metallothionein(MT), multidrug resistance associated proteins(MRPs), nucleotide excision repair(NER), mismatch repair(MMR) and oncogenes contribute to drug resistance of cisplatin.
