摘要
本文以针齿壳内曲线参数 D_1和 d_刀为设计变量,摆线轮在任意位置均能顺利装入,且针齿壳内曲线不发生干涉为约束条件;以针齿壳强度、刚度削弱最小为目标函数,对针齿壳内曲线参数进行了优化.
Studies the optimization of the curve parameters within the pin gear housing,which takes the parameters of the curve within the pin gear housing—D_1 and d_(tool)as the design variables,takes that the cycloidal gear can be mounted successfully at any place as constraints and takes that the strength and stiffness is weaken least as the objective function.
